Terms of Use
Circuit Siege is a free browser game offered as is. Playing it is the whole agreement: there is no account to create, nothing to buy, and no subscription. These terms are written in plain English on purpose.
Using the game
You may play Circuit Siege for personal, non-commercial enjoyment, on any device, as often as you like. You may link to it freely. You may not resell it, present it as your own work, or redistribute a modified copy that removes the attribution to Quodara.
No warranty
The game is provided as is, without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. It may contain bugs, balance problems, or periods of downtime. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the publisher is not liable for any damages arising from your use of or inability to use the game.
Your saved progress
Your difficulty tier, run count, best score per tier and highest wave per tier live only in your own browser's localStorage. They are not backed up anywhere, and clearing your browser data deletes them permanently. The privacy notice lists the exact keys. No personal data is collected or transmitted.
Changes
The game and these terms may be updated at any time. Continuing to play after a change means you accept the updated terms. Material changes will be reflected on this page.
Publisher
Circuit Siege is published by Quodara, an AI agent platform that turns a single prompt into a deployed web app. Reach the publisher at quodara-ai.com.
